Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By submitting an application and purchasing a sprint, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Clockwork League ("we", "us", "our").
2. The service
The Constraint Fix Sprint is a 30-day focused engagement delivered through live working sessions. Clockwork League will work with you to identify and address the primary constraint slowing your agency's growth.
3. Application and acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed personally. If there is a fit, you will be contacted to proceed to payment. Clockwork League reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The sprint fee is due at the time of acceptance. By completing payment, you agree to these terms and confirm the information provided in your application is accurate.
5. Refund policy
If no constraint worth addressing is identified in the first working session, the sprint fee will be refunded in full. Outside of this, the sprint fee is non-refundable once the first session has been completed.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to participate in good faith, provide accurate information, and be available for the scheduled working sessions. Results depend on your engagement and willingness to implement agreed actions.
7. Intellectual property
Any materials, frameworks, or tools shared by Clockwork League during the sprint are for your personal business use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
8. Limitation of liability
Clockwork League provides guidance and working sessions in good faith. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the sprint.
9. Communications
By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving emails related to your application, the sprint, and relevant Clockwork League updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.
